Goose Bay Airport Corporation is accepting tender submissions for its Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) Services Contract covering the 2026–2031 term. Sealed submissions must be received by 2:00 PM local time on September 23, 2026.
Goose Bay Airport Corporation (GBAC) invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for the Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) Services Contract for the 2026–2031 contract term.
The contract covers winter maintenance of both groundside and airside areas at the Goose Bay Airport, including terminal access roads, parking lots, sidewalks, pedestrian routes, the airside passenger apron, and other priority areas identified in the contract documents. Please note that while the groundside and airside contracts are contained in the same tender, they may be awarded separately.
The contract term runs from October 15, 2026 to October 31, 2031, with an option for GBAC to extend up to two additional years based on a performance review. Contractors must submit an equipment list and operations plan with their tender for approval by the Airport Manager.
